All remote access to Triggre’s environment requires a valid, Triggre-issued security certificate — ensuring only authorized devices can connect.
To maintain high deliverability and prevent spam, domains must be linked and configured with DMARC, DKIM, and SPF authentication.
Access to databases is strictly controlled. Only authorized Triggre employees can access customer environments, and only upon request — always in accordance with our internal security policies.
No Triggre employee can access or recover user passwords. Passwords are fully encrypted and never visible to administrators.
Each Triggre application uses two databases: one exclusively for SHA-512–hashed passwords and another for all other data, adding an extra layer of protection.
