Role description

The Triggre Guide is ultimate product expert and advisor to intern teams, partners, customers and leads. An important part of the job providing valuable advice to leads. The Triggre Guide participates in the Go-to-market (GTM) team, handles demo calls, contributes to follow-up of leads and handing over leads to partners because Triggre doesn’t implement projects.

Activities that are part of the job: lead generation and lead maintenance, supporting lead generation campaigns, building demos, supporting key-customers and partners, building internal applications, partner onboarding and hands-on sales support for partners. Most lead journeys start with a product demo and value adding conversation, with a product expert: the Triggre Guide.

Therefore, you’ll be trained in everything no-code, building applications with Triggre and sales skills. You’ll be responsible for the first contacts with new leads by demoing the platform and inspiring them to digitalize business processes. This means, no cold calling, because Triggre has extensive lead gen programs in all channels generating demand and demo bookings.

You’ll be part of an international Go-to-market (GTM) team and Operations team with around 10 highly skilled professionals. Although Triggre is headquartered in the Netherlands, we essentially operate remotely. You will have colleagues in the Netherlands, Poland and Spain.

Our GTM team cooperates with over 20 partners world-wide helping customers become digital leaders by implementing Triggre.

KPIs:

  • Reaching Triggre ‘Guide’ certification level via our internal training program
  • Conversion of leads to partners for further sales follow-up.

Your job:

  • Creating value propositions based on Triggre for niches/ product market combinations
  • Supporting outbound marketing campaigns together with the marketing department and or external agencies
  • First point of contact for leads looking for valuable advise
  • Building custom product demos
  • Building internal applications, supporting internal processes
  • Supporting partners with key-customers
  • Following up on incoming leads, distribution of leads to team members and channel partners
  • Hosting calls with leads, providing product demos
  • Create proposals based on lead requirements
  • Become a no-code and Triggre product expert
  • Create and support reporting process, building reports (with Triggre), keeping data up to date
  • Provide ideas and input to boost business growth
  • Attending at events, to connect with leads and/or partners

Responsibilities:

  • Up to date CRM system and reports
  • Successful outbound campaigns
  • Proper lead follow-up
  • Coordinating (local) sales & marketing activities/initiatives with colleagues and agencies
  • Keep Triggre knowledge up to date, become a top notch Triggre Guide

Your skills:

  • Talking and inspiring customers and leads is your passion!
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or working level
  • At least 1 or 2 years of experience as a low-code/no-code developer
  • Experience with software and business processes
  • Experience with business applications
  • Knowledge about databases is a huge plus
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work effectively with an international remote team operating in the Central European Time timezone
