Fashion fairs were becoming a less viable way for BjörnBox to reach retailers: visitor numbers kept dropping every year, and the cost of showing up in person grew too high. This led them to develop its showroom box, that lets brands showcase collections without the travel, cost, and environmental footprint of attending fairs. But shipping the collection boxes from one retailer to the next brought its own challenge: tracking each box required a lot of manual administrative work, a burden that only grew as the company expanded.

With the Triggre portal, showroom boxes are now registered and monitored automatically as they move between retailers. Nobody has to manually track a shipment or register it at its next destination, and the customer receiving the box is notified automatically when it's on its way. The portal has become the centerpiece of the company: built as an MVP, it has let BjörnBox start selling and building momentum in the industry.
