Role description

We’re looking to expand our existing marketing team with a Junior Content Marketing Specialist, or as we like to call it - a Triggre Storyteller! As part of the Marketing team, your mission is to reach audiences in meaningful and impactful ways. Your passion for storytelling and content marketing will help drive dialogue with the market, customers and prospects and support our brand awareness and demand generation goals. Of course, you’ll be trained in everything related to no-code and using Triggre.

For this Junior position we're especially looking for someone with a strong interest / existing skills in video editing and email marketing.

Although Triggre is headquartered in the Netherlands, we essentially operate remotely. You will have colleagues in the Netherlands, Poland and Spain.

Joining us means becoming part of our dedicated marketing team, which includes a senior marketing specialist, a social media manager and the head of marketing. You will work closely with all of them and report to the senior marketing specialist.

KPIs:

  • Increase in traffic to the website through multiple types of relevant content.
  • Conversion rate of website visitors to marketing-qualified leads.
  • Conversion rate of marketing-qualified leads to sales meetings.

Your job:

  • Learn how the Triggre platform works.
  • Effectively strategize and plan the creation of content focused on different industries, use cases and integrations Triggre is a fit for.
  • Ensure the content you create is SEO-friendly.
  • Edit video content: product demos, comparison videos, testimonials.
  • Write engaging emails and newsletters to nurture leads and keep our community informed.
  • Analyze results and keep track of our performance.
  • Provide ideas and input to boost Triggre’s business growth.

Outside of your main focus, occasionally you'll wear other hats, assisting the team in:

  • Social Media: collaborate in strategizing and crafting captivating social media content.
  • Website: adding and editing content.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating compelling content that creates brand awareness.
  • Reaching target audiences in meaningful ways, primarily through videos and email marketing.
  • Optimizing content for search engines.
  • Coordinating marketing activities and strategies with colleagues and external collaborators.

Your skills:

  • Native or bilingual proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in creating diverse types of content, especially videos and emails.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and in line with our brand voice.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a content marketing specialist, planning and producing content.
  • Ability to research on your own: delve into various industries, understand use cases, and pinpoint how Triggre helps businesses in a meaningful way.
  • Knowledge and experience with SEO.
  • Ability to work effectively with an international remote team operating in the Central European Time timezone.
  • Knowledge about no-code, business processes optimization and software creation is a plus.
